Typically Dutch

Dutch women are always cleaning. When they organise a dinner party, they spend the whole day in the kitchen. At the same time, they try to be the perfect hostess. This inspired the idea of developing an apron that can be transformed into an elegant evening outfit in a single action.

The characteristics of an apron are that it is pulled on over the wearer’s head, wrapped around the wearer’s body and fastened. The outfits visibly include all these characteristics.

The print on the fabrics was inspired by the relief pattern of a kitchen countertop. The gloves feature frills and cufflinks that match the outfit.
